All plans require payment upfront for 25 calls. Once we've sent you 25 unique calls, the system will auto-charge the credit card on file for the next set of 25 calls.
ON ELITE PLAN ONLY -You can dispute junk calls such as impound calls, private property removal calls, and the wrong company calls, to be reviewed. If approved you will receive the credit back to your dashboard for that call. *If you are not on our ELite plans these calls will be counted against your 25-call package on starter & starter plus plans.
Yes, we understand that sometimes you are backed up or need a break, during our office hrs M-F 9am-5:30pm Est you can just send us a text message and we can pause your calls.
Unfortunately, we can’t control that and we do charge for missed calls and unanswered calls. We highly recommend that you return missed calls immediately.
We are a Google ads partner and are experts in running Google ads campaigns. Customer searches online for a local towing company.
